1999 Buick Lesabre Oil Pressure drops in idle

The oil pressure is great when first starting and driving but after a few miles the oil pressure starts to drop and occasionally I will hear an knock in the engine in idle, it goes away when you acclerate. Just started but nervous to drive it!?!

Possible causes worn oil pump gears, main bearings worn, cam bearings worn. need to have pressure checked
