1999 Buick Lesabre engine light on

Sometimes but not always the car has a slight hesitation, more likely to occur going up incline at speeds between 80-100 km. Starts and idles well. Does not do this at lower or higher speeds. Tachometer remains stable. Engine light on.

Engine light on is an indication of trouble codes in the PCM
need an OBDII reader to get the codes
most local part stores can help you in getting the codes
check and suspect ignition wires as it may be due for a tune up
codes should help in pin pointing the troubled area
