1999 Buick Lesabre Dash Lights

The lights on the LH module beside the instrument cluster (Panel Lights/Twilight Sentinel/Traction Control), the cliamte control button lights and the CD player/radio preset channel button lights are not working. I pulled the dash apart last night and see that the incandescent bulbs behind the instrument cluster (speedo, gauges etc) lights are working.

Is there a relay that needs to be changed?
