1999 Buick Lesabre check engine light on

Had my check engine light come on w/ code PO135;02sensor heater circuit malf. Bank 1 sensor 1; this code came up twice and no air will blow out of the vents on any setting

Replace the bank 1 sensor 1 O2 sensor. Check your fuses for the blower problem.
