There is a whining noise coming from front end starting at >30 miler per hour. It gets louder the fater I go but is directly proportional to speed. As I slow down the noise diappears. It sounds like the wheels or maybe tires but the alignment is ok and brakes do not make noises.

What could it be?

Sounds like a bad hub bearing, try this test, get up to the speed the noise starts, then quickly turn left, then straight, then right, do this on a straight section of road, if the noise goes away during one of the turns, the opposite bearing is bad... if noise does not go away, then it's inside the pumpkin, carrier or pinion bearing.
