can it be possible for an average size man possibly push on the rear wheel and bend it inward?

The repo man said my fiance did just that, however they had a big railroad tie up under the bumper...

Please help. thank you,

Hed have to be about 10 foot tall and around 1500 lbs......lol.... was the car recently towed? usually the tow truck drivers grab the car be the rear toe adjusting rod and bend it whe they secure the car on the tow truck, have seen it a hundred times.
