The horn goes off unprovoked and stays on continually. How can I make it stop?

You can pull the fuse. The problem could be the horn contact in wheel or a short in wiring or horn relay.

The one in the relay in the engine or the one in the passenger wheel well. I looked for the fuse box in the passenger wheel well and I couldn't find it. I pulled the fuse in the relay box. (Thank you!)

Your welcome get you one of those air horns like they use on boats and blast it at anybody that gets in your way.
