1998 Buick Lesabre knocking noise on the passenger side

When i start up my car there is a medium to loud knocking sound on the passenger side of the car. when i take off i dont hear the noise anymore but when i slow down or make a turn or back up i hear it . I was thinking it was the lifters but im not for sure.

same year, make and model...same problem. I wish that I could get a diagnosis.
