1998 Buick Lesabre 6 cyl Automatic 63000 miles

The horn on my Buick Lasabre blows without touching and also sticks. What causes this and how can it be fixed?

Welcome to the site. The problem is usually the wiring in the steering column, Your horn pad is a ground for the horn relay.

You could check the circuits at the horn relay. Your theft system, where applicable, could set off the horn.
