dash vents don't blow a/c @ start-up - blows onto windshield. 3-5 mins. a/c comes out dash vents. why and how to fix. thanks.

Are you saying it is slow to switch from windshield to dash vents?

Yep - very slow. When set on "auto" with temp @ 60 it doesn't blow out the dash vents, even when I manually direct it to "mid".

If I remember correctly, they are under the passenger side of dash.(behind glove box)
