1998 Buick Lesabre AC problem

1998 Buick Lesabre 200000 miles

When I accellerate the air stops. It is especially bad with the defroster. When I go back to a steady speed or let off the accellerator, it works again. Could it ba a vaccum leak and/or how can I fix it. It is hard to drive with no defroster.

Could be one of the following, door/s, vacuum, actuator or the HVAC control module-you need to get in there and investigate
