1997 Buick Lesabre Turn signals won't blink

My turn signal lights will turn on but they no longer blink, they are just a steady light. However, when I switch on my hazard lights all four blink and behave normally (the same four lights as the turn signals). This problem is consistent with all four signal lights. I assume I just need to replace an electrical relay somewhere but don't really know where to look for it.
