HEATER HOSES GET VERY WARM DON'T SEE OR SMELL ANY ANTI FREEZE LEAKS INSIDE---FAN AND DIRECTIONAL CHANGE OVER VALUES/FLAPS ARE WORKING, OTHER THAN CHANGING THERMOSTAT ARE THERE OTHER POSSIBLE CAUSES, LAST YEAR GREAT HEATER.

If coolant is older than 2 years, do a flush and fill, while the radiator is empty, change the thermostat.
