1997 Buick Lesabre ?? Coolant

There is oil in the coolant container of my car and the fan only blows on high.. can this be fixed? thanks so much

Oil in coolant is most likely an intake gasket, GM recalled many cars because of this problem, so check with them and see if they will fix under recall.

Blower motor only running on high is blower motor resistor, it will have to be replaced.
