1997 Buick Lesabre belt emergency

I cannot get the serpentine belt back on. I took off a pulley to get it off to replace the water pump and i thought i would be able to get it back on but I cant get it back on. I couldnt replace the water pump either because there was a ulley in the way of the last bolt.
