1997 Buick Lesabre V6 Front Wheel Drive Automatic 147000 miles

my battery isnt staying charged not even enough to drive it so i replaced the alternator and it is still not holding a charge any suggestions?

Hi there,

The battery may be faulty, if it has a collapsed cell it will be discharging internally. Have a battery load test done, this will prove a fault in the battery one way or the other.
