My security system has a lock on my engine is there any way I can fix that without spending alot of money at the dealership

The only way to bypass it is to turn the key to the run position and let it sit for about 10+ minutes. It should bypass the system to start it.

As far as repairing it, you need to take it to a dealer. They are the only ones that have the proper equipment to test and repair it.
