1996 Buick Lesabre Water on spark plugs

i put in new heads on to my 3800 engine on my buick lasabre - and now now im getting water and oil on the spark plugs.

What could be causing this?

Did you put on the headgasket correctly and torque it down properly and in sequence-If so could be the block is cracked or an intake leak
