1996 Buick Lesabre squeak in springs ?

Noises problem
1996 Buick Lesabre 6 cyl 175000 miles

the pad or gasket seems to have worn out or slipped. the car squeaks horribly tried lubricates but no help there. can this part be replaced or what else can be done to stopped the noise?

Usually squeaks come from engine/transmission mounts, ball joints or bushings, not from the struts. Unless if the upper strut mount is damaged, which has to be replaced as a unit.

I would suggest that you take the vehicle to a front-end or suspension shop and have them take a look.
