DO I NEED TO REMOVE THE DOOR PANEL? IF SO, HOW DO I DO THAT?

no you do not need to remove panel. remove the front part of the panel that the switch is in.


There are hidden screws they are plastic plugs remove them with a small screwdriver.

inside these holes you will find phillip screws remove them and remove outer panel and switch is accessed ..
