1995 Buick Lesabre noise at startup

My oil pan is bent in the middle and when I start up it makes a noise but it goes away after a few minutes. Do I need to repllace my oil pan?

Well if noise is caused by crankshaft counter weights hitting pan then possibly a hole will develope
