how do you replace or clean injectors? 2 and 5 not fireing

If you have an ohm meter, check them against the ones that do fire...if theytest bad replace them, if they test OK get a noid light and check the connectors...could be the harness...To replace them you unbolt the fuel rail, and pull up, all injectors on the rail will come out...use NEW O rings, and a small dab of engine oil to aid with reinstallation.
