1995 Buick Lesabre engine knocks?

3.8 v6 runs great,recently started knocking noticeable at higher accereration when warmed up.No smoke,runs good.Noticed the manifold got hot.this is a low mile car 69,000 one owner ,I just purchased less than 30 days ago.No knocking sound when I bought it.Please help!Thank you.

knocks are very hard to diagnose on the computer. if it knowcks at higher speeds it could be anything. YOu are better off to take it to someone to let them listen and give you a better call on it.
