1994 Buick Lesabre No Operation

The power antenna stopped working, the key remote and power locks stopped working and the dome light when the doors are open stopped operating. These all worked a week ago. All of the fuses in the fuse box are good. (we checked and replaced). could the underhood (engine compartment) fuses/relays be the cause? if so, where can I purchase replacements?

Hi
Check fuse/relay box under right side dash may need to pull insulation down. Check fuse #2 a 15 amp.
