My Girlfriend drives a 1994 buick lesabre to deliver mail
on a rural route for the post office. i was just wondering if i should change the brake pads and rooters out to heavy duty equipment with all the stopping she has to do.

I wouldn't worry about it unless/until she complains about brake fade or a pulsing brake pedal from warped rotors.
