1994 Buick Lesabre 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

i have a 1994 buick lesabre custom and my key is stuck in the on position i can start the car but i can not turn it off... I need to know what to do i have removed the airbag and horn assembly to try and get to the lock cylinder bit i cant get the steering wheel off.... i need to know how to remove the steering wheel i cant afford a puller and i just need to see what the problem is so i can try to fix it, if you have pictures or diagrams i would really appreciate it, i also need to know what all the diffrent colors mean
