the car wont stay running longer than 3 seconds unless starting fluid is continuosly sprayed in the throttle body. I have changed the fuel filter, pump. What is the problem

Hello,

Have you check the fuel pressure and the fuel pressure regulator.

It is possibly the fuel pressure regulator. If you have a fuel pressure tester or can rent one here is a link to a video explaining the test proceedure.
