1993 Buick Lesabre harmonic balancer

I have a clicking noise at the bottom of my serpentine belt toward the front of the car. I have been told that this is the harmonic balancer. If so, can I still drive my car, and about how much does this cost to repair?

about 200 parts and labor. if you continue to drive car the pulley will come off and cause more damage, possibly a lot more damage.
