First, with the engine running, use a DVOM to measure voltage across your bat terminals. This will verify that your alternator is recharging the bat.
If you get anything less than 13.5 volts, check your wiring/connectors/bat terminals for corrosion or looseness.
If you're bat is getting charged correctly, then you have something drawing current when your car is shut off. You'll have to use your meter to check each circuit at the fuse box to trace that down.
