1993 Buick Lesabre

Electrical problem
1993 Buick Lesabre V6 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 178000 miles

Panel push button for heat. When pushing on it will not come on but run through every choice there is and stop on what it wants. I hear clicking behind the glove box when it does this. At times the door locks will not work but not often. I dont have a problems with light or radio or windows.
Now it will when turned key off will not start back up right away everything will be dead. No clicking, no lights If I jump it it starts right up. If I wait for couple hours then it will start. Please help Im at a loss. I do most of repairs myself because I always get ripped off because I am a women.
