My car started smoking really bad, I got out and look underneath it and it was leaking transmission fluid, the repair shop told me it was a coroted coil, is this the only thing that it could be?

Hi there,

It would be wort while to be checking the transmission seals and pan gasket for leaks, also the cooler lines and as mentioned the cooler as well. your mechanic should be able to see any leak quite clearly.
