1992 Buick Lesabre want start

The lights that are illuminated indicate that the air bag computer has stored a trouble code. I wouldn't think that this is related to your starting issue, unless it is your computer that is faulty which would cause no start.

You will have to test fuel pressure at the fuel rail and also check spark at the plugs. Post which one the engine is not getting. If it is both then the computer probably needs replacing.
