Shakes or Wobbles problem

Last week I hit a rather large bump when pulling into a parking lot, and my car has not been handling the same at all since then. It almost feels like the car is not moving perfectly straight or something, and it wobbles slightly when moving at slow speeds. Also, the transmission seems to be having trouble bringing the car to highway speed, and it did not before last week's incident.
