1992 Buick Lesabre Heater stays on constantly

Ok Guy's I hope you can figure this 1 out. The heater stays on constantly and will not shut off except when you turn car off. Stays on auto fan can not switch speeds, temp, or to A/C. It is dual climate control and the passenger side controls do not work either. You can push all control buttons, they will make a beeping sound when pushed but thats it. I have chacked all fuses and relays and still cant figure it out.

Sounds like the heater control unit is bad bu the sounds...but...

Thank you very much for the help but it did not work. You said the Heater Control Unit might be bad by the sound of it. How would I go about changing that part out and is it a dealer part or can I get that at a parts store?

Step 1 - A heater cannot operate unless the engine is full of coolant/antifreeze. If coolant level is low check the system for leaks.
