1992 Buick Lesabre Blower motor

My blower motor started working on and off about a month ago and now it stopped all together. Is there a relay in the system. Any help would be great

chances are the heater motor is shot.usually when they are about to go,in colder weather they will start to make a noise till it warms up.in colder weather they will quit completely.i have taken a hair dryer and heated up the motor and got it working and it worked while warm but had to be replaced.
