1990 Buick Lesabre PCV value

My engin is running rough on take off and when trying to hold a steady speed, I am going to change the fuel filter and the pcv value its got new plugs in it, But I cant find the pcv value there is only a hose going into the valve cover is there suposed to be a pcv value there as well and its just missing?

You dont have a pcv valve there
that hose is the breather for the crankcase.

Instead of a pcv valve you have a calibrated orifice. Doesnt need replacing and wouldnt be causing your problem.

You would notice a bad idle.
