1988 Buick Lesabre will not crank

I have a 1988 lesabre that will not crank. It will turn over but it will not catch. I have changed the coil pack and fuel filter, but I do not know where to go next. I have tried the spark plugs and wires but nothing happens. What should I try next?

The items you replaced will cause no start problem, but not a no crank.

No crank would be electrical most likely.

Does it turn over? That is tries to start when the key is turned.
