CAR WONT START AND ITS NOT THE BATTERY.WHEN I TURN THE SWITCH THE ENGINE DOESN'T EVEN STALL. IT DOESN'T EVEN TURN OVER OR CRANK UP.

If its not the battery and connections-check and test the starter, park/neutral position switch and ignition switch
