1987 Buick Lesabre blinker selenoid

I need to find where the blinker selenoid is located on my car. All 4 blinkers are not working...the fuses seam to be fine and all the bulbs are fine....the emergency flashers work, but the turn signals themselves are not working. can you help me?

Look at the base of the steering column support.
