I have a 1978 Buick LeSabre with about 127,000 miles Im not exactly sure what kind of motor is in it. My problem is this, my brakes went out on me when I was driving home one day, I checked the brake fluid it was ok, yet my pedal was still to the floor with no pressure. I turn my car off and I have brakes! It was like they were brand new. And then as soon as I turn my car on again I dont have any. Any ideas of what this could be?

If it's not loosing any fluid, the Master is bypassing internally, replace the master, Make sure you bench bleed all air out before it goes on the car, then just bleed the lines at the master...
