2010 Buick La Crosse rotors

2010 Buick La Crosse Four Wheel Drive Automatic 4,000 miles

why would the rotors be bad after only 4,000 miles? i think its just the back ones. is there some other problem that could cause this to happen again?

Could be to many hard brakes, riding the brakes or wrong type of rotors
