2005 Buick La Crosse replacement of water pump

While replacing my water pump a bolt sheared on removal of the timing cover. The shop is charging two hours additional labor for repair. Is this a fair charge?

That isn't too far out of line (a little long), especially if it is in a hard to reach location. There is a lot of time involved with removing the broken bolt.
