There is an in glass antenna in the back window for the RCDLR on vehicles equipped with remote start. A coax cable attaches the in glass antenna to the RCDLR. If either coax connector is not fully seated it will cause a poor remote start range. Inspect the connections at both ends of the coax cable for being fully seated. Unplug the coax and plug it back into the RCDLR and unplug the coax and plug it back into the connection on the back glass to ensure the connectors are fully seated.
