How do you change a fuel filter on this car

Hi:
I believe the filter is located along the frame rail under the driver's seat area. All you need to do is remove the mounting bracket and the inlet and outlet lines. It's really not too hard.

this one is not on the frame rail it's in the tank,this is a returnless fuel system.
