1984 Buick Electra V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 60K miles

Have a 1984 Buick Hearse, the car set for 12 yrs before I got it, and after I tuned it up the "check engine light stays on", Also it has failed Colorado CO part of the Emission test twice because of the carburator" Which has been rebuilt" whats going on?

make sure that your carburetor is adjusted right. but it sounds like you oxygen sensor is bad
