1968 Buick Electra no performance at medium speed

Engine 430 4 barrel. Engine is not accelerating at 1/4 and 1/2 load condition. At Idle speed and up 1/2 load it's running strong. I already checked the ignition. Recent engine tune up. Replaced fuel pump etc.
What else could I check? Thanks

Do you mean when you accelerate there is a flat spot like stall ? Check timming make sure it advances and the vacuum adv works. Also check accelerator pump.
