Buick 1999 Century Door Locks

Buick Century 1999 140000 miles
All 4 door locks will lock with any door switch or with remote. Only drivers door will unlock, other 3 stay locked from remote or door switches. There is a clicking noise coming from under the dash near the glove box.
Is there a switch that needs replaced? How do I get to it?

with the remote push the unlock button twice.

Any unlock can be pushed multiple times and it will only unlock the driver door.

take off the passenger door pannel and look at it and push the button
do you see the popper move or nothing at all?

Don't see anything move at all, only hear the clicking coming from the driver door and under the dash behind the glove box.
