'95 Buick Century ABS and Cruise control Problems

I have a '95 Buick Century with 70,000 miles on it. The ABS light is on and the cruise control won't work. Do I need to take it to get serviced or is it something as simple as a blown fuse?

you'll need to take it to a shop that has a hand held scanner to scan the abs codes.
