How do i change the spark plugs in a 2005 buick century

i went to replace them and i found some kind of housing for the plugs

Not sure where you are having problems, but I suggest using autolite or ac delco iridium spark plugs and make sure the gap is at .060" To access the rear plugs the engine must be rolled forward. To do this, remove the front strut engine mounts, roll the engine forward and then slide the bolts from the mounts to the mount brackets.
