For the last 2-3 months my windsheild wipers on my 2004 buick century have lost the ability to go slow. They ony go fast and faster and sometimes switching back and forth between the speeds by themselves. I want to fix them before they quit working all together. Please help!!!!

From your description and the diagram, your problem lies within the wiper motor pulse board. It is also known as wiper drive system module. A1 Cardone part number 811012PB. This part is attached to the wiper motor assembly, left side of fire wall, below air inlet screen.
